The cable is still there'd that they used to transport people and possessions up and down and across the Skagit River.
What would the 4th of July be without a picnic? Bocce Ball tournament, tie 20 to 20 questionable measuring and then the tie breaker throw perfect 6 inches, then the questionable measurer got between the would be winner and the white ball (there is a name for that, can't think of it) and it was over.
Then some tennis ball sticky throw....you get what you pay for, they fell apart quickly, we were just holding the Velcro at one point.
Well it was fun for all with Jenga and then not so fun for John as it came tumbling down. A hike along the lake and in the meadow finished it up. Now off to the Cascade National Forest. We are reminded that this is our Independence Day, freedom from sin, saved by Jesus, we are no longer slaves. Happy 4th of July dear friends and family.
Fred and I will travel with you. Don't get tired of camping yet. Great travels to you.
